Nikki Oke Bowen & Holistic Therapies

Nikki is not only a kind and generous practitioner, she is very talented and committed to what she does. I went to see Nikki to see if she could help with infertility. The benefits of seeing her were so much more than I ever imagined, from better digestive system, better PMT, better sleep, less anxiety etc etc etc. it didnt take long for me to realise that Bowen was good for me in so many ways. Our battle with infertility was a long one, and one that Nikki was incredibly supportive with, and Ive no doubt that Bowen treatment played a part in our success story as we welcomed our son into the world just over three months ago. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Nikki to anyone considering Bowen therapy.

I first started Bowen about 4 years ago to help with symptoms of polymyalgia and It has certainly helped.I always receive professional treatment from Nikki she has an eye for detail and the surroundings are very comfortable.First Class!!!!

Treatment room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nikki is an excellent practitioner where I enjoy effective Bowen treatment in a friendly yet professional setting.

I have been having Bowen treatment for a number of years now with Nikki, and I have to say its hads been the most remarkable experience. Having chronic health issues means I've tried several alternative therapies and a few COMPLIMENTARY therapies which Bowen is one. It give great relief to my body and that helps with my mind and depression too. ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia are two of the issues which cause ongoing pain, stiffness, depression and comes with added issues such as underactive thyroid, asthma, as well as heightened senses which causes discomfort - BUT BOWEN helps to reduce the effects of the triggers that can cause a flare and I am able to keep a more balanced lifestyle. The treatment room is perfect and very relaxing. The therapist Nikki is competent and professional. She listens and takes each patient and symptom as a whole being and decides how much treatment she feels the body can take as she goes through the treatment so as someone with health that can change in a matter of minutes she is brilliant for me as an individual. I can totally relax knowing im in good compassionate hands and the benefit I get from treatment and the effects of the room and atmosphere is quite hard to put into words. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

Taking my son to see Nikki has been a complete game changer for us. He is such a deep sleeper (which normally you would think parents would be pleased about!) but it has been causing issues in the bed wetting department. We have gone down the doctors route about really wanted to avoid long term medication if possible. Since seeing Nikki, he still sleeps just as well but I am able to wake him and he can wake himself when needed which has made all the difference. I have also noticed a big difference in his overall character and calmness. He really enjoys his treatments, Nikkis room is very kid friendly and she is brilliant at explaining what she is doing and involving the children in the process. Thank you for all you have done Nikki, we highly recommend you.
