Great comms, very happy that the chilled goods arrived chilled and the ice packs and insulation had worked brilliantly. The packaging recycling service is a great touch and I'll be using this company again.

Be very careful using this company especially if you have the pleasure of working for them treated like rubbish. You have been warned disgusting.

This is in relation to the organic ground beef provided by Eversfield Organic Farm. It consistently shows up out of date, smelling noticeably rancid and with blood turning dark brown. I receive it from Ocado yet it arrives at a foodsafe temperature (below 2c) and is in my fridge within 5 minutes of arrival. The photos I took were from today 13/11, the delivery was 24 hours ago 12/11 and the sell by date date on the package is 15/11 (its 13/11 and this meat is utterly unusable) Given the timeframes of delivery, storage and the expiration date it feels extremely unlikely for this to be entirely Ocado's fault. Apart from this, the manner it is packaged in and processed. makes cooking utterly impractical. It looks more blended than ground and the vacuum seal style packaging makes it sub par for meatballs, burgers, tacos, etc and for dishes where you actually need ground beef separated rather than a congealed ball, be prepared for a nightmare arm workout (making tacos with this was genuinely worse for my arm than an hour of tennis)

Why must and other crisp manufacturers put so much salt that it kills the taste, in this case Devon Roast Beef, do you not test them for taste? If the packet states a Beef then it should taste of Beef. I rinsed the salt out. They lost their crispness so had to heat them up.
