Hidden gem in a lovely Kent village. Great products & a very helpful young lady. This shop is bigger than one envisages & there are some really interesting items to peruse & buy. Take a trip to Brasted!

Such excellent customer service from Lily at Holloways of Ludlow Brasted. I bought three hand-dipped pendant lights and one was a lighter shade than the others. Lily ordered more lights in and insisted on bringing them to my house so we could get the best match - thank you Lily you went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

I recently ordered a Skandinavia Edi table from the Brasted branch of Holloways of Ludlow. I would like to give some brief feedback on the lady, Lily, who we dealt with. I was very impressed ; she was faultlessly polite, had excellent communication skills, was very well organised and gave an impression of overall competence. I simply had no doubt that she would come up with the goods. Penny, who took our payment on the Saturday, also made a positive impression. I would unconditionally recommend the firm and hope to buy from them again in the future.
