        Had an order arrive with missing parts in the post (Package tampered), within under 24hrs of emailing, a member of staff called me and had replacements sent. Super speedy and friendly service, will definitely be ordering from here again :)

        Ordered a racket and bunch of strings on Oct 11. Received it already today - Oct 14th; well packaged and as advertised. Well from UK to California in 3 days is pretty impressive. Even our local tennis-warehouse takes 4+ days!
