I cant recommend Neal and Luke highly enough. Having booked them for a service (of our 2005 13amp electric Aga) they advised us of the e-control kit as a way of controlling our energy usage and reducing our electricity bill. Having taken their advice and installing the kit, we now have a fully controllable Aga, saving us 450 per month in energy costs!!

Can't comment on the quality of the service because I couldn't get these guys down to a date. Quality of the communication particularly poor though - took a little over a week to get back to my email, which was confused with another customer to begin with. Then eventually gave me a number to call one of his colleagues who would be able to help, but he literally couldn't call me back reliably to arrange something after 3 or 4 chases on my part - I've left this alone now and found someone else to service my Aga.

Absolutely first class service from Neal and Luke. Very tidy, quick and fantastic to chat with. I feel like I know so much more about my Aga now and will be having them carry out a yearly service from now on, with total confidence.
