Came across this garahe by mistake after my mercedes developed a fault on a long distance trip. This was the closest garage i could get too whilst in limp mode. (My breakdown company quoted me 3hours for recovery!) The chaps are very bubbly and diagnosed what was wrong with my car and got me back on the road in about 90minutes. Since then i have visited for simples things like disks and pads just because of the friendly and great workmen ship i recieved. I was quoted 550 for repairs after my son's MOT failed - but it came in at 670. I discussed this with the mechanic that I would have to pay this in 1 week as it was a lot higher than I was quoted - I was told this was fine, but I received a phone call from the owner demanding the money immediately a day later. This made things extremely awkward for me & my family for the next month. In addition, despite the cost, the handbrake on the vehicle still doesn't work (which is an MOT failure) so I'm not too pleased. I also had my car booked in for the same service, but I changed my mind about which garage to use. I tried to call Mastercraft for 3 days! I could not reach anyone to advise them I wasn't attending.
