I completed the Barista Boss course with David yesterday and would highly recommend it to anyone setting up a coffee shop business, staff training or even just if you want to learn more about coffee. David is an amazing tutor, he clearly knows his stuff and his teaching method is faultless. He's certainly given me the confidence and knowledge to move forward with my new coffee shop venture. I have recently taken part in a Basic Coffee training course run by David Lane of Coffee Lane and I could not recommend him enough. He made learning about coffee fun and gave a lovely bit of history as well as the practical side of how to make a great espresso and how to foam milk. Who knew a goat herder named Khaldi was so important!!!! Book him for a session you wont be disappointed!
