    Really bad experience at The Beach , Hollingworth Lake. After struggling to download the app sign on then ordering the drinks and paying for them on card as instructed. Only 1 drink was served we had ordered 3 I was told that the other 2 drinks where out of stock. I was then expected to pay again and the original order would be refunded in 3 days. We asked if the drinks could be swopped and was told no as it would mess up the stock. I find this totally unacceptable and don't know anywhere else in the retail sector where this would happen. The staff where unhelpful and blamed it on Greene Kings systems. Still arguing then point I was asked to leave the pub. I placed a review on the pubs website. The management fabricated a reply saying I referred to her as a snotty nose manager which was a complete lie. I challenged by editing my post the reply was then edited removing the snotty nose manager aqusation. I am a respectable senior citizen and like many at the moment are trying to support the pubs . I was left upset after the incident which spoilt my day. I will not be setting foot in a company which as such poor customer service .
