Bobs Remedial and Sports massage

My sleep was affected by numbness down my right shoulder, arm and hand. At first it was intermittently. Then it became more frequent and the intensity was really painful. After my first treatment I noticed an improvement. I also used stretches/exercises given to me. I have not experienced this discomfort or any sleep deprivation since. Highly recommend Bob. Fixed my issue effectively.

I had a rotator cuff issue and couldn't move my left arm. Bob fixed it in 2 sessions which was absolutely wonderful. I also have Angelizing Spondylitis which I've had for many years. Bob stated work on my back and said that he couldn't fix the Spondylitis but could help me move better and more easily. It works!! Bob has already made by back and movement much much better. I have seen other massage therapists, chiropractors and physiotherapists in the past all to no avail so you can imagine my delight that Bob got me moving and has been the only one to do so. I couldn't get into my car without much difficulty but now without problem. See this man for any issues and he will fix them. He is brilliant and I thank hi very much. Thanks Bob. All the best Melvyn

Totally professional and effective.Get the impression if Bob cant fix it ,it cannot be fixed.His experience and success with top level sportsmen,really shows in his treatment.Went with a long standing sciatic problem,and found myself in a dark place.He found the problem very quickly and after a few treatments,restored my fitness.His after care is first class,and txted after each treatment to ensure my pain was disappearing.Great guy and very caring. I've seen Bob on numerous occasions and he has been fantastic, the best in the business. After having muscle soreness in my legs from playing football, Bob has been able to aid my recovery and get me ready for games. Every time I have seen Bob he has been brilliant and I have come away feeling so much better. I could not recommend Bob highly enough for any athlete, anyone needing rehab, or anyone wanting to improve their mobility and get rid of any aches and pains! Bob works magic!
