Al's workshop is really valuable. There is so much there that you wouldn't hear about otherwise. It's easy to assume that everything will be arranged for you and to just go with the flow. I hadn't given any real consideration to my role or the need to discuss so many of the elements of the process. I'd recommend this to any couple expecting. Thank you Al!

Alex's brand of straight-talking advice, previous experience and insightful guidance Was exactly what I had been looking for! Everything up until that point had been very much from the mum's perspective and had all been focused around attaining the best birthing experience possible for mum, and how this could be achieved. Anything related to dads seemed to be purely anecdotal and just a small little addition to the mum's journey. Dad360 seemed to try to adjust this balance. The time I spent talking with Alex gave me a real grounding in what to expect, warts-and-all, but by looking at these aspects it allowed me to be better prepared before the big day, and to be at my best so I could best support my wife during the delivery. It also showed me that I was allowed to express what I wanted and needed from the birthing experience as well as my wife. Until then, I had just considered the birth to be a difficult day that we both had to get through to meet our baby. During the pregnancy we unfortunately experienced some minor complications which meant that our birth plan had to be advanced to ensure that our little boy made it into the world safely, but Alex was happy to work around my needs and schedule, even making sure he was informed on the specific complications that we were facing! He helped me to prepare not just logistically, but also mentally and emotionally, and I would highly recommend him to any and all future dads. I had no idea the emotional aspect attached to childbirth as a father and felt quite affected by this in the weeks after the birth, but simply knowing that this was something that could happen, and by having a debrief with Alex shortly after the birth to talk through the experience really helped to reassure that me that all was well. Alex as a coach was superb, and I can say with absolute confidence that without his help, both mine and my wife's birthing experiences would have been very different. 100% recommended!

I had my first workshop with Dad 360 last weekend and I would thoroughly recommend it to any soon to be dad! It certainly opened my eyes up as to what to expect in the months ahead and covered aspects of becoming a dad that I hadnt even considered previously. The atmosphere in the workshop was relaxed yet informative and I felt very comfortable talking thorough my concerns with the group.
