Bought a car at the end of November from encore cars. Great no hassle service on the day allowed to inspect the car and test drive with no pressure, Jules was on hand to answer any questions we had once we had test driven the car. Had an issue with the car radio a few days after it had been purchased and although this was not covered in the warranty, Jules was happy to provide a garage where we could take the car and cover the cost if any fault was found. All round good service.

Horrible experience ENCORE CARS BRANSGORE. We went to testdrive a fiesta with a high likelihood of purchasing. Test drove a second time today with the intention of making an offer. We had a few questions about the cars features (how does the cruise control work, how does the self dimming rear view mirror work, what does the warranty cover etc etc). Not unreasonable bearing in mind we would be spending nearly 7000. Jules, the salesman was very impatient, patronising and quite frankly rude throughout, particularly when broached with a question. He became visually irritated and abrupt and made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected when we were nothing but polite and genuinely interested. When broached about his attitude he remained argumentative and belittled our feelings and thoughts and told us that because we were asking questions about the car, we obviously didn't want to buy the car "you are looking for reasons not to buy the car"!! As 2 women we wonder whether we would have had the same treatment had we been men? We left feeling upset and insulted, after informing Jules that there was no way we would be purchasing the car or any other from him in the future. Our advice, steer well clear! EDIT In response to your reply Jules. Yes you allowed us 2 test drives (not a totally unreasonable request). Just to reiterate, we are not disappointed that you were not able to discount the car, that is just the way it goes, but are very disappointed and upset with your attitude towards us as serious buyers. You were not at all happy to answer our valid questions about the car and were very disrespectful and rude to us leaving us both upset. I think you know this!
