        Terrible. Made a booking a year ago for a family trip coming July 22 in memory of our newborn born sleeping... tried contacting owners to arrange alternative method of paying as the scheduled pay date was 27th i am paid on 29th... absolutely nothing was done to help. I phoned emailed left voice messages even got my husband to attempt contacting. Nothing. Holiday now cancelled as efforts by owners were just none. I guess they gonna put the 5 nights back up for triple the price... well done. Well 1 star everyday. Where is your conpassion and empathy? Effort were made a whole month prior and nothing ... forced to cancel. Thanks
