Great hire company. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced. I had a Luton with a tail lift. Everything worked perfectly. Nice honest people.

Hired a Luton Tail lift van for a Saturday. Was given a Ford which looked like it was going to fall apart. Massive crack in the windscreen. Rubbish everywhere. Tail lift did not give any confidence to be used. Wasn't told I couldn't drop the van off later the same day and collect my car which was parked on their premises. So I travelled back to drop the van off and get my car. Unbeknownst to me they had locked the gate. So I rang the office number, got through, explained I hadn't been told about this and I was pretty annoyed about a wasted journey. I explained I wouldn't be putting any extra fuel in to cover this. The 'owner' (I can only assume he was) agreed. I rang to check somebody would be there the next morning and dropped it off. A week later I only just get my 250 deposit back and they had charged me 25 for fuel. The van had 1/8th of a tank when given to me. It was given back with slightly less than that given the situation. 25 doesn't equate the difference in price for fuel.

Have hired two cars from BMR and could not fault them. Good prices, nice cars and a very nice company and friendly staff. Have now just hired a tail lift van too. Will only ever use this company from now on

Needed to hire a car immediately, called BMR of Brandon and a car was found for me after a few minutes absolutely fantastic service -cannot fault anything,got me out of trouble when my car was unfortunately off the road when wrong parts were sent Thank you very much absolutely recommend A Very Happy Christmas to all
