Really good communication with us regarding adopting a cat. Run by lovely volunteers

We applied to adopt a cat a few weeks ago and after a visit from one of the members we were accepted as suitable to adopt a cat from them. We made an appointment to view and we made the final arrangements to collect the cat after buying the food and other items ,but the day before collecting the cat we received an email saying that we were no longer suitable and no reason given the woman looking after the cat was very unfriendly and rather rude, and we can only assume that she took a dislike to us. We have since adopted another cat and the people involved were the complete opposite and a pleasure to deal with .
