Up until this Thursday 12th August I had been happy with it. My Daughter carried a box of cake decorating books which were very heavy, the shop was open it was 2.15 pm I had looked on the internet before we went to see it was open till 2.30 pm when we walked in and my daughter put the box down on the floor as it was heavy, we were asked it it was donations, we said yes to be told we are sorry but don't take donations after 2.00 pm so had to pick them up and bring them home, don't know why we couldn't have left them there on the floor and they could have been sorted the next day, I feel very angry having taken the trouble to get them to the shop witch was still open for them to be refused. perhaps it would be a good idea to put time of last donations on your website.

I went in today amd ive been in many times and was asked about mask wearing as i had a lanyard on i said im exempt she then asked where my card was and i replied l do not need to discuss my condition with you. She said ok but next thing the, l assume manager, is at front with her lanyard and attached card l assume to put me straight. I would like people to remember the lanyard is for my benefit as well as theirs to save me the embarrassment of beinh questioned Please business's read the guidelines and teach your staff them for those of us with hiddden medical conditions
