Just purchased a 2016 bmw gs1200 from Tom, everything was very smooth, his description of the bike was 100%, he recommended a trustworthy courier as I live over 300miles away and the service gave was exceptional. Saw a bike that interested me contacted shop and asked for a video of it as i was unable to go view it ,got told by owner his staff would send one,after nearly a week nothing appeared and owner never made attempt to sort it. Very poor customer service,and glad i didnt buy now as it proves they are not very interested, and after service would probably been as poor.not a way to do business
