We visited on Saturday for a Major Service and found them to be absolutely exceptional. Ian's a friendly, knowledgable guy and takes the time to explain things clearly. You get a real sense of honesty and transparency, which as you'll know is very important from a garage. Pricing in my opinion is hugely competitive so they do brilliant job there too. We turned up at around opening on the morning and the car was ready within a couple hours - far better than you can expect from most/any main dealers. All in all - if you have a Ford and you're near enough to reach them, there isn't a single reason why you should hesitate to contact them. Excellent mechanic and excellent service! I should also add, the service mentioned was booked after we'd had an initial visit to discuss concerns with an A/C compressor sound. To this, Ian actually selflessly talked himself out of replacing it to reassure us there wasn't actually an issue - to the extent of providing an example from another vehicle days later for further peace of mind!
