First time been and definitely going to make it monthly! After beening to the GP for to years about my neck and shoulders they decided on surgery. Surgery is not something I want but been in alot of pain where I couldn't even put my arms up in the air and my hands above my shoulders it's been that way for 2 weeks, so I decided to try see if massage would help and by the end of the session I was able to lift my hands right in the air with no pain and no stress in neck and top of shoulders. Room was very clean and warm, played rexling music and honestly I don't know how I didn't fall asleep. Very happy and worth every penny! Thank you

I tried Ren clinic on a whim, and to avoid paying the high spa prices and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely amazing pregnancy massage with Helen, one of the best massages I've ever had. Being in my third trimester, I had been feeling aches and pains and this treatment certainly relieved some of that discomfort. Helen was very friendly and welcoming, I was so relaxed the entire time. Definitely recommend!

My first visit to see Helen at Ren Clinic. We discussed which treatment would suit me best as I'd recently had major surgery. I had a full hour of Reflexology which was super relaxing and I didn't want it to end. Helen was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands. I will definitely book again as after the treatment and the following days, I felt happy, relaxed and refreshed .Thank you again Helen.

I have had 3 treatments so far: reflexology, lymph node drainage and a full body massage. Can honestly say all of the treatments have been great. Very experienced therapist, with fabulous techniques. Always return home feeling exhilarated and relaxed. Can highly recommend
