not sure if currently its designed for studying but still its a nice place to visit. staff is super friendly and helpful and at a good time you can of course read or study. like most of libraries in uk this one is also becoming more of a community centre than a place to read or study. but probably not many people are reading these days so its inevitable that libraries has to adjust themselves and repurpose their spaces. ive seen many families with kids so i guess its a nice place for someone with kids to spend time.
