Messaged Timber hill restaurant at since before Christmas and still no one has got back to me not good!!

Second time we've booked and second time we've left without eating. First time on their opening night.....table booked. As expected they were busy, so seated at the bar. Couple walk in with a booking half hour after ours and got seated straight away.....we walked. This evening, table booked, phone number taken, we arrive and the place isn't open. Didn't even have the manners to let us know they'd not be open. And a wasted taxi fare to get there too. Less than poor customer service and communication would describe their attitude towards guests. Won't even think about this place in the future as a meal can't be guaranteed. So disappointed
