Sorry but I cant recommend the Ram after stopping in for a quick bite to eat and a coffee. Both lattes had creamer which was lumpy on top and we ordered a couple of sides of chips which were ok but very overpriced. Football was on but had sound off also meaning the pub was deadly quiet despite a number of people watching. Quickly ate our chips, had a couple of sips of our coffee and went on our way. Is dog friendly.

Food & drinks: Legend of the Ram's Ultimate Burger had reached me from afar. Many have been defeated by its sheer two patty heft and failed to clear the plate, so how would I fare? Readers, I emerged victorious, taming the monster armed with just a knife, a fork and my bare hands, washing down this solid burger, bacon and cheese beast with a tactically chosen zero calorie cola. Salty but delicious and served with some tasty hand cut fries and a salad serving the size I like it -- small. A pleasant boozy bank holiday atmos and great service from the two ladies behind the bar. Recommended.
