We used the Lakenheath Office for my Aunt's funeral. Pauline runs this office very efficiently. She calmly guided us through the process. Well what can I say... Mark, Laine, Lauren and Sam were absolutely outstanding when my lovely mum passed away suddenly at home. From speaking to Mark that afternoon and Laine visiting us at home nothing was too much. Laine even found the venue for the wake I will be forever grateful, for there kindness and support. Even though mum died 7 months ago, I contacted them yesterday for advice and they were there with help and support. Thank you.

The first time Ive had to use a funeral director and the service my mother and I received was excellent. The kindness shown by Lauren and Sam was very much appreciated . The help they gave in planning the funeral and the support on the day was fantastic.
