        Ordered over the phone a display of Anniversary flowers. I do not live in the area but this professional florist with super friendly staff fulfilled my order, even around the busy Jubilee Bank Holiday and with their driver off sick too! The recipient was totally delighted with the bouquet and loved the personal touch of the delivery to their home.The price was the same as 'Letterbox' (crushed) flowers and no online hassle either! Highly recommend this delightful florist. THANK YOU !

        Very disappointed with what was delivered. The bouquet did not resemble the picture on the website even slightly. I understand that the flowers may vary, but it wasnt even close to what was selected. Its like a whole different bouquet was delivered. The value of the flowers that were received were not the same as per website, I feel like cheaper substitutes were used instead. Such a shame, as I had high hopes. Delivery and remainder of the service was good.
