        Dealing with this company has been an absolute hassle. I ordered pants from them in October. After much back-and-forth I finally got sent the pants in late December and they are the wrong item. Complete lack of communication and terrible service. On top of all that, they are making me PAY to send their mistake item back to them. I will never order from here again.

        Bought the High Waisted Cropped Premium Cotton Cigarette Trouser- overpriced and poor quality. Pockets thread ripped. Material poor quality- look worn out after just 2 wears. No option to leave a review on the page regarding the product

        Whilst I haven't received my order from Novo yet so I can't comment on the quality of the garment, I can say that their customer services is brilliant. I had a delay with my order and they were straight on to it and very helpful in explaining the problem and offering solutions. I am sure I will love the jumper when it arrives but I just wanted to congratulate them on their excellent customer service.
