we haul it all

Showed up an hour late. Told my husband the box spring that was already upstairs wouldn't fit back down the stairs, even after my husband had already broken it down for them to haul away. Hit the corner trim above the stairs and knocked a large piece off. They also broke the block off of the bannister. But since there was a blanket covering the bannister, they didn't feel a need to mention it to him. We only noticed when I came home from work later that day. Rushed him to sign a responsibility of damage contract. If we had known how reckless they would be in our home, we would've just told them to leave the bed on the ground floor. Abhorrent service.
