I've been a motoring journalist for longer than I care to remember. In that time I've seen far more than my fair share of dealers, some good, some not so good and a few that were just plain awful. I'm pleased to say, Fred Henderson definitely falls in the former category. From the moment we called to the moment we took ownership of our new car the sales process was simple and straightforward. This is a dealership that prefers good service to high pressure sales techniques. We were encouraged to take the vehicle for a test drive, the car had plenty of fuel and we could take as long as we needed to be sure the car was 'right'. The paperwork was painless, there was no pressure to strike a finance deal and the car was prepared to an exemplary standard. It doesn't get any better than this - no wonder Fred Henderson has so many five star reviews on Google. Full marks.

If I could give this place less than one I would. Couldnt even get in the place to park, no parking outside. Work vans littering the entrance so was dangerous to even try and stop! Its meant to be a mobility dealship as well! How when you cant park anywhere near the place!!

Bought a Ssyangyong Rexton at the weekend from Fred Hendersons. I travelled from Lancashire for the car and Ive been especially thrilled with the service I received during the transaction. I dealt with Alan from start to finish and I couldnt have asked for more. Genuinely nice chap to deal with who I felt was truthful with me throughout the process which I appreciated as I essentially bought the car over the phone. On collection everything was ready, the car was presented very nicely as promised with additional work done to the car to get it just right. All in all very happy with my purchase so far.
