Absolutely cannot recommend Caroline and her Bridal Boutique enough! I was so upset when I arrived due to a makeup trial that I wasnt happy with, and Caroline took the time to reassure me and calm me down before I even saw my dress. The whole process was fantastic and I felt extremely supported throughout. She was able to answer all my questions and didnt make me feel silly for any concerns I had. It was such a fun atmosphere she created and it made me feel completely at ease. On top of that, she found my DREAM dress!

I just bought my wedding dress and I cant thank Caroline enough! Caroline is so welcoming and friendly. The boutique is lovely and has a great choice of dresses. Carolines customer service is second to none. She made me feel calm, comfortable and confident throughout the process. She is genuinely interested in people and has amazing attention to detail.

I wanted to try on a Freda Bennet dress that I had seen online. I live in Cumbria and nowhere near me stocked their dresses to the designer pointed me in the direction of Ellison Gray. The boutique didnt have the dress I wanted to try on, but the owner, Caroline, organised with the designer to have a sample of the dress I wanted for my appointment making me feel special. She also responds very quickly to Instagram messages, which was handy in organising things. When I got there, I was delighted to see that it was a private appointment and there was even a chalkboard with a personalised welcome written. I was disappointed of the policy that you cant take photos of you in the dresses as a bride with all my family and bridesmaids in the US, so be aware of that when you book, but Caroline let me FaceTime my mom so she could virtually join the appointment and I really appreciated that. I loved the dress and said yes to it and will update my review after my wedding.
