Rooms: Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Warm and cosy. Comfortable beds - we slept really well. Food & drinks: Breakfast was outstanding - worth staying for this alone! The Pub and Kitchen have a 99 per night dine and stay option if you book direct. The Bombay Flatbread was delicious! Noteworthy details: Welcoming staff - nothing too much trouble. Special thanks to Emma (?) who seems to work all hours in the bar and restaurant, for her excellent service. Will definitely return.

Five of us are there tonight. All of us thought food was bland. My gyros chicken was just plain chicken on a skewer with zero flavour. Sons hot shot parmo was just a parmo with bland unspicy salsa (was meant to be sriracha) on before the bechamel. Mrs chicken was boring. Daughters katsu chicken was prob the best of an average lot. The chef needs to seriously learn about flavour and spicing as all our food had none.
