        Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Had a well cooked breakfast served by attentive, friendly staff. Lovely relaxed environment and would definitely recommend.

        It used to be really nice here but on our recent visit the food was less than average. Chewy quiche, bare salad (and aggressively informed that the 'regulars' only like their salad plain). Cold sausage rolls despite being asked if we'd like it warm. The service was poor and very unfriendly. It's not the place it used to be unfortunately.

        If I am honest, we have not really enjoyed the food here since the management changed a couple of years ago. We often visit the reserve as members and we used to love the tea room but now I am just not sure. Sometimes it's OK and sometimes it's not. You can order the same thing on 2 consecutive visits and it's totally different. This especially applies to things like baguettes, sometimes they are warm and freshly baked and sometimes they are cold, dry and rubbery. Sorry, but I prefer it as it was.
