Littlewhite Farm

Just heading back to London after a beautiful week at Cross Cottage on Little White Farm. Such a lovely cottage. Warm, cosy, stylish, super clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need for our holiday. The beds, pillows, linens were all really comfortable and good quality as were the toiletries. David and Vicki live next door and were super helpful if needed - invisible if not. Peaceful but only 3 miles from Durham - there are supermarkets much closer. We visited Newcastle, Beamish, the Angel of the North, Durham Castle & Cathedral and took lovely walks in the surrounding open spaces. We couldnt recommend a stay here enough.

We stayed at Little White Farm for a week the cottage was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Just 3 miles outside Durham a perfect getaway and chance to visit our students . Plenty of space for our student children to visit and stay for supper a few nights. Very welcoming and friendly hosts who worked hard to make our stay lovely. My only improvements would be to have control over the heating as it got quite hot at night but I know they are trying to resolve this and the beds were hard. But otherwise what a delightful spot.
