Emilies yoga classes are welcoming and encouraging. She is wise, kind, imaginative and has something for everyone. Her wild yoga outside in wonderful off the beaten track places is a revelation. She attracts a lovely friendly bunch of people of all ages, walks of life, shapes and characters. The practice is as relaxing and as challenging as you want it to be. Theres a strong mediative element which encourages intellectual curiosity in the practice.

I had an Ayurvedic Massage with Emilie and it was really incredible. Ive had lots of different therapies in the past and I have to say this ranks right up there with the best of them. Whilst being deeply relaxing, it energises too. Not only does it work on local tissues it helps balance energy flows through out the body and it keeps you engaged in the process to actively receive the treatment. Would Highly recommend and I will make this a regular treatment in my schedule.

Emilie is an absolute wonder and a true friend. The yoga sessions she delivers are nourishing, inspiring and supportive. My first yoga session was two years ago and I have never looked back. The yoga practices have helped my core strength and mobility as well as making me feel nourished, grounded and at peace with life. Emilie has created the most brilliant online yoga community throughout the lockdowns, allowing us all to come together and share not only yoga practices but a sense of belonging, support and genuine concern for each other. I cannot thank Emilie enough, what a superstar!
