        Dune House was very clean - could smell evidence of cleaning when walked in (not unpleasant). It was a very 'homely' place to stay whilst modern and having all the equipment needed... and more! We sat in the lounge one night and found the sofas a little low and uncomfortable but the big table and many chairs in the kitchen made it so we spent our evenings playing board games as a family (6 of us)... some of the board games were found in lounge! Brancaster is a beautiful village with amenities: village shop/deli and local hotel where we ate one evening. Brancaster beach is just a short walk/ drive, dependent on mobility and is absolutely stunning! The sea goes out for miles, leaving a vast expanse of sandy beach and the sunsets are incredible! I love Norfolk!
