We were complete novices & he went above and beyond to explain what all the types were in our price range & allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to try them & compare models & types!         No pressure to buy. Just expert advice, and help to keep the costs down. I bought a monocular (been watching Osprey with it today), excellent view, great depth of vision. I also bought a second hand spotting scope which I really like. Highly recommended this great shop.
