I ordered Doughnuts for my Vegan colleague. The delivery was on time, presentation and packaging was excellent. The doughnuts tasted very nice, you could taste the quality. They also had a nice consistency. Will definitely recommend for a healthy yet tasty treat.

Yummy Scrummy NUMMY!!! Party in my tummy!! The Nummy Kitchen is a place where culinary MAGIC happens. My order, which arrived really beautifully wrapped, included Mixed Brownies, Raspberry Doughnuts, Caramel Blondies, Caramel Tarts and the Caramel Cookie Brownie Mini Cakes. 'Delicious' doesn't come anywhere close to describing how good they all are..... I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. They are an absolute MUST try and I guarantee you will LOVE them!! Peter is super friendly, kind and helpful. He answered all of my queries in record time and even upgraded me to 24h Delivery at no extra cost in order to avoid the Royal Mail strike. The very BIGGEST thank you for everything Peter. I am already dreaming up my next order and will get it to you soon :)

I ordered Nummy for my sister's birthday party. I attempted to order for the specific day but couldn't find how so I called up. They told me to just place the order and it would get there on time. I did so. The order said 48 hour delivery. On the day of the party, I had heard nothing from Nummy and so at midday called up to ask where my order was. They said that they weren't planning on delivering until Tuesday. Bearing in mind I ordered on Thursday, 48 hour delivery meant Tuesday... They had nothing on there saying working days only. The man on the phone was extremely unhelpful, not listening to what I said and saying it wasn't there fault, offering no potential fix. He then hung up on me. After telling my family we would have a second get together on Tuesday with the food, I them got an email with a total refund of the order and certificate of cancellation. I did not cancel the order! The last thing I said to the man on the phone was "So I'll have to wait until Tuesday, okay." but he decided for me that I wanted the order cancelled. Honestly appalled with the customer service I admit the original error may have been my mistake or just general miscommunication, but the way I was treated thereafter was unacceptable. Update: Your "understanding" was entirely created by you as I did not ask for a cancellation of the order. I also find it ironic that you claim good customer service while getting my name wrong in your response. I think that speaks volumes for the amount of attention you have paid to me and my order throughout my experience.
