Unhelpful, miserable staff, awful, cold food, grubby outdoor play area for children, unhygienic toilets, the list goes on. When I asked a staff member for a high chair for my daughter although the pub was empty & even though I was wearing my daughter in her baby carrier she didnt offer to help me, instead she shouted directions across the pub, rudely pointing at a small, poorly made sign saying high chairs, of all my trips out to eat with my children this is the first time a staff member hasnt been kind enough to offer a hand. Our half eaten food was taken away when we popped outside with my son who wanted to use the play area even though it was clear we would be returning to our table as our bags, drinks & food was all left there. The food was dreadful so my mum & I werent bothered however my two year old son was pretty upset that his chips had been taken away in our absence. I could go on, but I wont. To round it up The worst experience eating out I have ever had. I would like to mention the kind lady at the end who gave me a refund for the food & was very apologetic. If you read this your customer service is great & you are wasted at this drab pub.

Omg food not good what is this, process cheese on a baguette, Just a pile of massive leaves as a side salad. Literally could not eat it, it was that bad

Excellent food, staff and prices. Will definitely be going back. Love this place. Just walking in and talking to the staff makes my day

We had a party of 15 to celebrate a birthday. Cannot fault the staff or food.
