        Easy to book last minute, reasonable in terms of pricing. Room tidy and bed comfy. Staff nice and understanding. Do feel the place could do with some TLC but it does the job. Had a lovely room overlooking the car park, room was compact but nice. However shower needs adjusting as very hot and steam set off fire alarm! As no fan in bathroom. Nearby activities: New forest

        Wasn't looking forward to my stay here when reading the reviews. From my experience, it was a lovely clean room, fresh towels, breakfast boxes were awesome & just enough. Location is a little awkward on a dual carriageway but well worth a stay. Staff were so friendly! Rooms: Lovely and clean
