Despite showing availability on their website, on AirBnB, and receiving an automated email acknowledging the receipt of my booking and providing a booking reference it took 10 days, two emails, one Facebook message, one text message, and 18 phone calls to reach Nicky and be told that they were in fact fully booked for the dates we were looking for. Cannot comment on the rooms, but would not recommend on customer service.
