Very quick service from using the build a door feature. The doors were redesigned slightly when the measurements were done, to ensure each door was exactly what was needed. The external doors were incredibly well fitted and the guys were lovely. They cleaned up after the job was done, and explained the after care. Ive had them in since the end of October and cannot fault anything about the quality or service. Made a huge difference to the house which was cold due to very old doors. I would highly recommend. Good initial service when coming out to measure up and provide quotes etc. Quality of work is poor; our supalight roof had considerable leaks (Geltsdale fixed by applying layer upon layer of silicone rather than rectifying the problem), quality of plastering finish is poor, the mess left around our garden was unacceptable and the workmen damaged our fencing by using it as a cutting surface. We are still waiting for the copy of building regs approval almost 11 months after the installation was completed (I was told that it was being withheld due to a lack of full payment which was then proved to be incorrect but I am still waiting for the approval certificate). Contacting Geltsdale via email is frustrating as a worthwhile response is rarely received.
