Colin Mose Car Sales

I cannot rate Colin Mose Car Sales enough. I recently purchased a Ford S-Max and Colin was very polite, professional and came across as a very genuine, trustworthy salesman. I unfortunately had a problem with the car after purchasing but Colin honoured his warranty and arranged for the relevant work to be carried out ASAP and apologised for any inconvenience caused to myself. Colin also kept in regular contact with myself during this time with updates on the cars progress, so I was very grateful for the efficiency and how understanding Colin was. I would highly recommend Colin to anybody wanting to purchase a car.

Bought a brilliant titanium X Ford Fiesta from Colin this weekend. My first time buying a second hand car and really impressed with the whole process. No hidden fees and a free 3 month warranty included in the price of the car. Will defo be looking here again in future.

I bought a car from Colin, just over a month ago. Since owning the car, I've had to pay over 500 for a timing belt replacement (which Colin said would only cost around 350). The EGR has become faulty and caused the vehicle to go into limp mode. This has cost me just under 600. The drivers side rear door lock stopped working on the first day but I didn't realise that there was actually a fault, till a few days later. The drivers window regulator has also stopped working. A week later I washed the car only to find that both the front and rear bumpers had been badly painted and had more runs than Linford Kristie! No wonder Colin was very vague when I asked where he got the car from so I could check service history. What should have been a happy occasion and something I have worked hard to purchase, has turned into a money pit. I would avoid buying from this man.
