Since the closure of Brampton's dedicated Post Office, Grieves has become the de facto parcel hub for the village. It looks chaotic but somehow works, with every parcel for collection located instantly, seemingly by sorcery! The rest of the store has a great selection of spirits, lots of wines, and a huge choice of sweets. It could all do with some modernisation, but if it ain't broke...

I use Greives for parcel drop off and I have always found Mr Greives to be very accommodating. I like the no nonsense service so you are not kept waiting

This shop is terrible. I had to wait in a long line and the shopkeeper was rude. He grabbed me and iced my drink so that he could take my hand off my beer instead. No questions asked. My friend and I decided that our drink was our best one. They let us drink with a few drinks and all other beverages for lunch as well. There is very little service. My friend and I really wanted to see the place and get to know the place better but they just let us sit and stare in the crowd. It was disappointing for us because we loved our drinks so much. My friend ordered what I had, for our drink so there was no other choice but to order a cup after I had ordered a drink. After the waiter spoke to them, it was obvious that what I ordered was not for my drink. It was a little on the expensive side and this is what you might get for the price of a double.
