I have recently started going to Siane for a massage and yoga classes. Since Ive been attending my sleep pattern is much better and uninterrupted. My legs feel much lighter and my back is much less tight. I would highly recommend.

Had my first pregnancy massage with Siane today and it was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed it felt like Id been coming for years! Cant wait to get booked in again!

I have been seeing Siane for pilates for over a year now and can't recommend her enough she is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Always feel a million times better coming out of her classes. Especially love the reset Sundays with the sound bath meditation, oh and all the lovely vegan goodies she makes for it.

I had a massage gifted to me as a birthday treat a little while ago with Siane - my expectations were low as deep tissue massages in the past have been underwhelming. However, this was spot on! All my known about knots were addressed, and such was the deepness of the massage other knots were found. Siane listened to what I needed and where I needed to be worked on for my running and also my desk job and I left feeling really refreshed and ironed out. Great environment, very professional, highly recommended.
