        Had a text from WELL to say my prescription was ready, so left a hospital visit to collect it. When I got there, gave my name & was told it wasnt ready, even though they didnt check the cabinet or system. I said I saw my GP yesterday and watched her do prescription, but was told definitely not there, come back Monday. Asked about the text and was told system error
