Chris is a fantastic trainer - challenging but motivating, always keeping me competitive and hard working! I have also had an injury recently and Chris has helped me work around that, adapting our sessions so that i can still train. I would fully recommend!

My wife and I started with Chris in Feb 2022, we wanted to loose our lockdown bellies. After researching PT in the area , I choose Chris due to his resume. We both do Saturday mornings and yes when its near the lesson you dont want to go but afterwards you feel great. He listens to what you want and also what you are mentally capable of. He has an instagram as well and we see ourselves on there :). Also every week is different which is good. Highly recommend

Chris is very professional and has a friendly attitude towards you no matter what fitness level you are at. Each session is personalized to suit you and he listens to what you enjoy doing but more importantly takes note of what you also dislike and will focus on different exercises to still achieve your goals. If you're looking for a P.T then try Chris and you won't be disappointed.

I have been training with Chris for approx 6 weeks, initially, I was a little nervous as I had not exercised in a while, also I had never been to a personal trainer before. From my very first session, Chris put me at ease. Im really surprised at how much better and fitter I feel in myself after such a short time..I dont think I would have been able to do half the workouts I have done on my own without his encouragement! If youre looking for a personal trainer, I would 100% recommend Chris.
