Customer services were so friendly and helpful. They rang me back when they said they would. So refreshing to find a helpful team. I was kept informed of my delivery and when it did arrive the delivery guys were brilliant, friendly and positioned the coffee table where I wanted it. I recommend NJI cant fault them.

Excellent service and furniture products. Im always suspicious buying from a new furniture company online, but I was pleasantly surprised by Nicholas John Interiors: - the product range was good - I contacted the service via whatsapp with some questions and was dealt with promptly. - Delivery was honest and efficient I would certainly buy from them again. Amazing service!! Thank you for all your help Sarah. I ordered a dining table and chairs and got them the next day. B Stars delivery guys were very professional, assembled the table and chairs for me and took all the packaging away. I will be in touch soon to get some furniture for my living room. Highly recommend Nicholas John Interiors!
