        The guys here went above & beyond when i went to use these facilities. On previous visits to other sites, on not one occasion have any staff even asked if I needed a hand. Please dont misunderstand what Im saying as when staff are busy then obviously its not something that Id expect but if theyre not busy then the offer would be lovely- Im 52 and even at only 5 ft tall Im still much stronger than most so its not a major issue but it was just so refreshing for their staff to not only offer to help but they actually did help- full stars and even took them biscuits afterwards to show my appreciation- Thanks again

        When I visited on Saturday afternoon there was no queue at the spotlessly clean and well organised centre. The stuff member on duty was courteous, friendly and very helpful.
