Country Collection

Still waiting on a returns label for an order placed in November. They are unable to issue digital returns labels and none of the labels they say are posted arrive. Will update if this is resolved.

I have just recieved my order of two items. The first item the plastic bag it was in was open and part of it was stuck to the outer bag which was also open The postman had put an elastic band around it to keep it together .I expected a lot better from a firm like County Collection . Ordered a lined, pleated wool skirt which arrived in good order. I had got the sizing wrong (first purchase) and wanted to exchange. To ensure this was okay and no extra postage required I rang the customer care line and was reassured. Two days later my money was refunded without explanation! I rang again to be told that the skirt had gone out of stock in the size and length I had asked for on the returns form. Not so! I went back to the website and reordered without difficulty! Probably wont risk the confusion and wrong information again though.
