Buy from here all the time .but tonights take away we couldnt eat it as the curry sauce was far far to salty but was too late as we had poured it all over our food. So sad as i usually love there food .slighty disappointed

Have been going here for years and always raved about how good it is however the service last night has changed our views and we will now be avoiding here permanently. Our sesame chicken spring rolls didnt arrive with our order so we gave Ho Wans a quick ring to sort this out and get our spring rolls. We understand times are hard at the moment so we were not in a rush to receive them and were not expecting them to be delivered straight away. As soon as I said to the man on the phone that part of our order is wrong, he immediately got defensive and said I re-read the order out to the person ordering and it was correct you didnt order those and proceeded to acuse me of lying. We definitely did order them, we wrote our whole order down before ringing and placing our order and when the order was repeated back to us, the sesame chicken spring rolls were confirmed to be ordered. We hadnt even given the man any details to look up our order and the phone we used to call wasnt the phone number they have on record as we used my phone. So how did the man know whether our order was right or wrong?? He continued to raise his voice and speak down on me despite me trying to politely explain the situation. Had Ho Wans made a genuine mistake such as a mix up or miscommunication, we would of been beyond understanding (it happens!), however we were immediately accused of being liars and told that we couldnt have them (despite paying for them). Not only have we been overcharged, we were left absolutely offended. Sadly our many years of business with this Chinese takeaway has now come to an end. Very upsetting the way we were treated last night, especially as honest, loyal customers.
