Advised to use them after Kev at Wavney where choc a bloc full. Ben sorted us out nice and quick sending one of his lads round to sort a leaking issue nice and quick. They where nice and quick, did the job and kept us in the loop with what was happening and how to proceed etc as the job was a bit of a weird one off issue. Would def recommend if all the lads are like the one who visited us to help us get our heating and hot water going again.

My mother has been having these come and service her boiler for years . She ran into a problem a couple of weeks ago , the boiler would work intermittently, cutting out with error code, my mum is 83 . To cut a long story short , Ben wouldnt come out until the LPG tank had been filled although these tanks operate easily operate on 25 /30% . Which Im still confused at why he wouldnt sort it . So I phoned someone who would . Therefore after having the boiler checked over its very obvious that the boiler hadnt been looked after when the services were supposedly getting done and the money taken each year!!!! Im furious. I have the pictures to show this and the advice from the guy who came out to see what the problem was. Im totally disgusted with this company.
