        Booked the use of a van 3 weeks before needing it, when I arrived to collect at 8am with my family I was told it had been given to somebody else because 'there was a mix up' how this occured is still a source of confusion being that they had my details. The only other van available wasn't going to be returned until midday, which obviously was no help at all. The lady was very apologetic but that was no real consolation. Poor business management.
