        Extremely poor service! Arranged for puppy to be groomed! Upon arriving the assistant very quickly came to the conclusion that they would be unable to keep the appointment, however we could reschedule an appointment or (believe this) keep the appointment as they could do it but at an adult dog price due to the grooming that needed to be done! Not sure if we had the last appointment of the day as it seemed they were readying to finish for the day but it was obvious straight away that they were trying to find excuses not to go ahead! It is very strange that they couldn't, but then could offer the appointment but at a higher price! Rest assured we refused to reschedule or pay an adult price for a young puppy, claimed our deposit back and walked out! Will never use the service again!

        Will never use groom room Cortonwood again, they never cleaned my dogs ears out when its a paid for service, I told them he had problems with one of his ears all they had done was put something in to make them smell nice once confronted regarding this they just made excuses stating they didnt have time to do both...will be taking this further. The girls had nails so long they couldnt manage the screen at the till absolutely disgusting customer service.
